      21-3449.   Terrorism.(a) Terrorism is the commission of, the attempt to commitortheconspiracy to commit any felony with the intent to intimidate or coerce thecivilian population,influence government policy by intimidation or coercion or to affect theoperation of anyunit of government.

      (b)   Terrorism is an off-grid person felony.

      (c)   The provisions of subsection (c) of K.S.A. 21-3301, and amendmentsthereto, shallnot apply to a violation of attempting to commit the crime of terrorismpursuant to this section.The provisions of subsection (c) ofK.S.A. 21-3302, and amendments thereto, shall not apply to a violation ofconspiracy to commit the crime of terrorism pursuant to this section. Theprovisions of subsection (d) of K.S.A. 21-3303, and amendments thereto, shallnot apply to a violation of criminal solicitation to commit the crime ofterrorism pursuant to this section.
