      21-3815.   Attempting to influence a judicial officer.(a) Attempting to influence a judicial officer is communicating with anyjudicial officer in relation to any matter which is or may be broughtbefore such judge, magistrate, master or juror with intent improperly toinfluence such officer.

      (b)   Attemptingto influence a judicial officer is aseverity level 9, nonperson felony.
