      21-4102.   Unlawful assembly.(a) Unlawful assembly is the meeting or coming together of not less thanfive persons for the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting eitherdisorderly conduct, as defined by K.S.A. 21-4101 andamendments thereto, or a riot, as defined by K.S.A. 21-4104 and amendmentsthereto, or when in a lawfulassembly of not less than fivepersons, agreeing to engage in such conduct.

      (b)   Unlawful assembly is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
