21-4639. Same; provisions of act held unconstitutional; modification ofsentence previously determined under this act.In the event the mandatory term of imprisonment or any provision of this actauthorizing such mandatory term is held to be unconstitutionalby the supreme court of Kansas or the United Statessupreme court, the court having jurisdictionover a person previously sentenced shall cause such person to be broughtbefore the court and shall modify the sentence to require no mandatory termof imprisonment and shall sentence the defendant as otherwise provided by law.
