21-4727. Costs and expenses associated with postconviction sanctions forfelony convictions; consolidation of probation, parole and communitycorrections services.All costs and expenses associated with postconviction prisonand nonprison sanctions imposed for felony convictions and time spent in acounty jail pursuant to a nonprison sanction imposed for felony convictionsshall be the responsibility of and paid by the state of Kansas. On or beforeJanuary 1, 1994, probation, parole and community corrections services shall beconsolidated after review of the recommendations of a task force to beappointed by the Kansas sentencing commission.
