      21-4728.   Sentencing court to consider alternatives determining appropriatesentence.The sentencing court should consider in all cases a range ofalternatives with gradations of supervisory, supportive and custodialfacilities at its disposal so as to permit a sentence appropriate for eachindividual case, consistent with these guidelines and the permitteddispositional and durational departures contained in this act.
