22-4512a. Duties of court appointing counsel orauthorizing expenditures to be charged against fund.Whenever a courtappoints counsel for an indigentdefendant or a material witness held in custody or authorizes any expenditurewhich may be a charge against the state board of indigents' defense services,the court shall promptly forward to the board a copy of the order makingthe appointment orauthorizing the expenditure, together with any other information and inthe form required by rules and regulations of the board.
