24-1226. Same; liability for outstanding bonded indebtedness.The balance of bonded indebtedness including temporary notes outstandingshall remain a charge upon the territory transferred under theprovisions of this act in accordance with the applicable provisions ofK.S.A. 10-119, and any amendmentsthereto. The territory so transferred shall not be liable for any bondeddebt including temporary notes and no-fund warrants existing at the timeof such transfer of the district of which it shall become a part.
