25-1117. Advance voting; definitions.(a) "Question submitted election" means any election at which a specialquestion is to be voted on by the electors of the state or a part of them.
(b) "Election officer" means the county clerk or the electioncommissioner, if there is one, or the city clerk when specifically chargedby law to conduct a particular election.
(c) "Ballot" or "advance voting ballot" means the ballot avoter casts, except ballots cast under the authority of K.S.A. 25-1214through 25-1228and amendments thereto.
