Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 18.--VOTING BY NEW AND FORMER STATE RESIDENTS IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

      25-1805.   Delivery of ballot to applicant.If satisfied that the application is proper and that the applicant isqualified to vote under this act the county election officer shall deliverto the applicant a ballot for presidential and vice-presidential electorsnot sooner than 25 days nor later than the Monday precedingthe next general presidential election.
