Article 21.--CITY ELECTIONS

      25-2114.   Correlation of city elections with other elections.Primary and general city elections shall be conducted jointly with otherelections held at the same time insofar as is practicable. Any electionofficer having responsibility for any other such election shall cooperatewith the election officer of the city election, and if a difference ariseswhich cannot be agreed upon, determination of the difference shall be madeby the county election officer, unless such difference involves a questionthe determination of which is provided by law to be made by the secretaryof state. If under the provisions of this act one election officer isrequired to make determination of a matter and under any other statute adifferent election officer is required to make determination of the sameissue, the two (2) election officers shall agree upon determination of suchmatter, or if they do not agree, either may submit the matter fordetermination to the secretary of state whose decision on such matter shallbe final and conclusive.
