25-2410. Bribery to induce signing of nomination papers.Bribery to induce signing of nomination papers is knowingly: (a)Offering any benefit, property or thing of value to any person to inducehim to sign any nomination paper; or
(b) accepting any benefit, property or thing of value, as considerationfor signing any nomination paper.
Bribery to induce signing of nomination papers is a class B misdemeanor.
