25-2707. Receipt for and record of election supplies.When election supplies, including ballots and poll books, are deliveredby the county election officer to a supervising judge, a record shall bemade thereof and the same shall be receipted. When the items provided bylaw to be returned by the supervising judge to the election officer are soreturned, a record thereof shall be made by the election officer and areceipt therefor shall be given the supervising judge. The secretary ofstate may adopt rules and regulations prescribing the manner and form inwhich records and receipts required by this section are to be given, takenand maintained.
