Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4160.   Complaints of violations; copy to respondent.Any individual, including any member of the commission, may file, bymail or in person, with the commission a verified complaint in writingstating the name of any person to whom or to which the campaign finance act applies whois alleged to have violated any provision of the campaign finance act, and which shallset forth the particulars thereof. If a member of the commission files acomplaint, such member shall be disqualified from thecommission's consideration of that complaint. Whenever a complaint isfiled with the commission, the commission shall promptly send a copythereof to the person complained of, who shall thereafter be designatedas the respondent.
