      25-4177.   Failure to file affidavit of intent; misdemeanor.Failure to file an affidavit of intent is the intentional failure tofile an affidavit as required by K.S.A. 25-4173 or 25-4175 or failing tofile the reports required by the campaign finance act after a change inintent as required by K.S.A. 25-4174 or 25-4176.

      Failure to file an affidavit of intent is a class A misdemeanor.
