25-4317. Same; action to have determinations relating to recall reviewed.Any person aggrieved by a determination made by the secretary of state orlieutenant governor with respect to recall of a state officermay bring an action tohave such determination reviewed within thirty (30) days of the date onwhich notice of determination was given by action in the district courtof Shawnee county or of the county of the legal residence of state officer.
