Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 43.--RECALL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS

      25-4329.   Same; election; public inspection ofstatements.Within 10 days after the date the county election officer gave notificationthat the recall petition was properly filed, the person sought to be recalledmay provide to the county election officer such person's statement, containingnot more than 200 words, in justification of such person's conduct in office.The county election officer shall maintain such statement for publicinspection.
