Article 47.--HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002 ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT ACT

      25-4714.   Remedies.(a) Upon the finding of a violation, the secretary of stateshall provide anappropriate remedy to resolve the grievance. The remedy may include:

      (1)   An order to any respondent commanding the respondent to take specifiedaction, orprohibiting the respondent from taking specified action;

      (2)   An order directing the respondent or any of respondent's employees oragents to obtainadditional training or education to prevent future violations;

      (3)   Any other remedy as deemed appropriate by the secretary of state toprevent or remedy theviolation or future violations.

      (b)   The secretary of state may order either party to pay the costs of thehearing, based upon afinding by the secretary of state that such party's actions were egregious,frivolous, harassing, orwere for an improper purpose.
