      25-612.   Arrangement of names of candidates upon ballot; blank spaces for write-in.The arrangement of the names certified under K.S.A. 25-610, and amendmentsthereto, by the secretaryof state shall govern the county election officerin arranging the ballot, and the county election officer in preparingthe ballot for the county shall follow the same arrangements as providedin K.S.A. 25-610 and 25-611, and amendments thereto, for the secretaryof state, for the candidates nominated for county offices, using thetownship and precincts of the county in making his division.

      Blank spaces shall be left at the end of the list ofcandidates for each different office equal to the number to be electedthereto, in which the voter may insert the name of any person notprinted on the ballot for whom the voter desires to vote for such office.
