Article 8.--PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS

      25-804.   Selection of presidential electors.Presidential electors for presidential candidates shall be selected by thestate committee of the political party of the candidates, if there is sucha committee. Names of the presidential electors so selected shall be certifiedto the secretary of state by the chairperson of the committee. Presidentialelectors for independent presidential candidates shall be selected and certifiedto the secretary of state by such candidates. Presidential electors forpresidential candidates of a political party which has no state committeemay be selected and certified to the secretary of state by state party conventionor by the national committee of such party.
