Article 1.--FEDERAL PROPERTY

      27-120.   Concurrentjurisdiction over crimes and offenses in national parks ceded to UnitedStates.Concurrent legislative jurisdiction over crimes andoffenses under the laws of the state of Kansas is ceded to the UnitedStates over and within all lands dedicated to national park purposes in thefollowing tracts:

      (a)   Fort Scott National Historic Site;

      (b)   Fort Larned National Historic Site;

      (c)   Nicodemus National Historical Site;

      (d)   Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve;

      (e)   Brown vs. Board of Education National Historic Site.
