      29-306.   Assignment of viewers; agreement between owners of adjoiningland; recordation.All assignments of the fence viewers shall be certified and signed bythem and shall contain a certain description of the lands divided bysuch partition fence and the names of the owners thereof. Anyagreement entered into prior to the effective date of this act betweenthe owners of adjoining land in relation to the divisionof partition fences between them shall also contain a pertinent descriptionof such lands, and such agreement, acknowledged or proved asconveyances of land, may be recorded in the office of theregister of deeds of the proper county in the same manner as an assignmentof fence viewers.Any agreement or modification of anexisting agreement entered into on or after the effective date of this actbetween the owners of adjoining land in relation to the division ofpartition fences between them shall also contain a pertinent description ofsuch lands, and such agreement, acknowledged or proved as conveyances ofland, shall be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of theproper county in the same manner as an assignment of fence viewers.Any such assignment or agreement, duly recorded asprovided in this article, shall be binding upon the parties and allsucceeding owners of the lands.
