      31-611.   Same; rules and regulations.Prior to July 1, 2009, the state fire marshal may promulgaterulesand regulationsnecessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. Such rules and regulationsshall not becomeeffective until July 1, 2009. The state fire marshal, director and attorneygeneral may take any otheraction deemed necessary to prepare for the implementation and enforcement ofthe fire safetystandard and firefighter protection act.
