Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1052.   Complaint and proof.In a prosecution of any person or persons for a violation of any of thewildlife and parks laws of this state or rulesand regulations of the secretary, it shall not be necessary to:

      (a)   State in the complaintthe true or scientific name of the wildlife involved in the alleged violation; or

      (b)   state in the complaint or to prove at the trial that the taking orpossessing of any wildlifeinvolved in the alleged violation was not for the sole purpose of using orpreserving it as a specimen for scientific purposes.
