Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1179.   Peace officers' powers.Every peace officer of this state and its subdivisions or caretakers atfederally impounded waters shall have the authority to enforce theprovisions of this act and in the exercise thereof shall have the authorityto stop and board any vessel subject to this act.
