Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-947.   Same; special deer permits.(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (g) of K.S.A. 32-937, andamendments thereto, thesecretary may issue to the licensee of a private membership licensed controlledshooting area special permits for the taking of deer forpurchaseby persons who arepermitted by the licensee to hunt on such area. The fee for each such permitshall be as prescribed pursuant to K.S.A. 32-988, and amendmentsthereto. No permit issued to a licensee pursuant to thissubsectionshall be resold by such licensee at a price which exceeds the amount thelicensee paid for such permit.

      (b)   The provisions of K.S.A. 32-937, and amendments thereto, and rulesand regulations adopted thereunder, shall be applicable to anyperson to whom a special permit is issued pursuant to subsection (a).Nothing in this section shall be construed as changing the distributionformula for big game permits established by K.S.A. 32-937, and amendmentsthereto.

      (c)   The secretary shall adopt, in accordancewith K.S.A. 32-805 and amendments thereto, suchrules and regulations as necessary to implement this section.
