      34-253.   Warehouseman's liability for misdelivery.Where a warehouseman delivers the grain to one who is not in factlawfully entitled to the possession of same, the warehouseman shall beliable as for conversion to all having a right of property or possession inthe grain if he delivered the grain otherwise than as authorized bysubdivisions (b) and (c) of the preceding section, and though he deliveredthe grain as authorized by said subdivisions he shall be so liable if priorto such delivery he had either been requested by or on behalf of the personlawfully entitled to a right of property or possession in the grain not tomake such delivery, or had information that the delivery about to be madewas one not lawfully entitled to possession of the grain.
