      34-265.   Creditor's remedies to reach negotiable receipts.A creditor whose debtor is the owner, or holder, of a negotiable receiptshall be entitled to such aid from courts of appropriate jurisdiction, byinjunction or otherwise, in attaching such receipts or in satisfying theclaim by means thereof, as is allowed by law or in equity in regard toproperty which cannot readily be attached or levied by ordinary legalprocess.
