      36-516.   Gas stoves in public places, vents required; penalty for violation.(a) No person shall install or own any gas stove in any public building,resort, hotel, restaurant, tourist camp or other similar public place inthis state unless such stove is properly connected with a chimney or otheroutlet or combination of outlets.

      (b)   Any violation of the provisions of this section is a class C misdemeanor.
