Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-340.   Enforcement of compact.The courts, departments, agencies and officers of this stateand its subdivisions shall enforce this compact and shall do all thingsappropriate to the effectuation of its purposes and intent which may bewithin their respective jurisdictions.
