Article 11.--PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS

      39-1110.   Use of professional therapy dog whiletraining.Any qualified handler of a professional therapy dog whenaccompanied by such dog and when using any conveyance of public transportationavailable to all members of the general public, and when renting and usingaccommodations in motels, hotels and other temporary lodging places shall havethe right to be accompanied by such dog in such places. Any owner or employeeofa business or retail establishment to which the public is invited, includingestablishments which serve or sell food, shall admit a professional therapydog, accompanied by its qualified handler, to the business. The qualifiedhandler shall be liable for any damage done by the dog to any such conveyanceor facility.
