Article 13.--COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES FOR CHILDREN

      39-1302.   Secretary of social and rehabilitation services authorized toaccept and disburse grant-in-aid funds, gifts and appropriations toorganizations providing group boarding homes and services for children andyouth.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services, referred to in thisact as secretary, is hereby designated as the official agency of this stateauthorized to accept and disburse funds made available to the secretary orthe commissioner of juvenile justice forgrants-in-aid to eligible local community organizations for community basedgroup boarding homes for children and youth or to eligible local communitybased services for children and youth. The secretary may accept any moneysmade available to the state by the federal government or any agency thereofand accept and account for state appropriations, gifts and donations fromany other sources.
