      39-7,121b.   Limitations on restrictions onmedications used to treat mental illness; medications available withoutrestrictions.No requirements for prior authorization or otherrestrictions on medicationsused to treat mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, depression orbipolar disorder may beimposed on medicaid recipients. Medications that will be available under thestate medicaid planwithout restriction for persons with mental illnesses shall include atypicalantipsychotic medications,conventional antipsychotic medications and other medications used for thetreatment of mental illnesses.
