Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 10.--MUTUAL FIRE AND TORNADO COMPANIES

      40-1019.   Statement for annual meeting.It shall be the duty of the president and secretary of each mutualcompany to prepare annually, under oath, a full, true and completestatement of the condition of said company on the thirty-first day ofDecember, and present the same to the annual meeting immediately following.
