Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 11.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATIVE TO CASUALTY, SURETY AND FIDELITY COMPANIES

      40-1101.   Insurance company defined.Unless otherwise provided, the words "insurance company" as used in thisarticle shall be construed to include any corporation having a capitalstock as provided by section 40-1103, and organized for one or more of thepurposes set out in section 40-1102.
