Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-211.   Amount of deposit of foreign company outside United States. No insurance company organized under the laws of any government or stateother than one of the United States, shall be permitted to transact thebusiness of insurance in this state unless the aggregate of such depositsshall be at least one hundred thousand dollars in excess of all itsliabilities in the United States for unpaid losses, unearned premiums onrisks not expired, and all other liabilities in the United States.
