Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-236.   Statements made with intent to injure company.It shall be unlawful for any person to make, utter, circulate ortransmit to another or others any derogatory statement, untrue in fact, asto any insurance company lawfully engaged in business in this state, or inthe process of organization, with intent to injure any such company; or tocounsel, aid, procure or induce another to originate, make, utter,circulate or transmit any such statement with like intent.
