Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 23.--OLD-AGE AND SURVIVORS INSURANCE FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

      40-2308.   Rules and regulations.The state agency may adopt, publish, and file in the office of the secretaryof state as provided by law, suchrules and regulations, notinconsistent with the provisions of this act, as it finds necessary orappropriate to the efficient administration of the functions with which itis charged under this act.
