Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 29.--KANSAS INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION ACT

      40-2902.   Same; application.This act shall apply to the kinds of direct insurance specified inK.S.A. 40-901 and 40-1102 except for the kinds of insurancespecified in subsections (a), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) of K.S.A.40-1102: Provided, That this act shall apply to accident andsickness coverages written pursuant to K.S.A. 40-1110.
