      40-2c22.   Provisions of act supplemental to other provisions of law.The provisions of this act are supplemental to any otherprovisions of the laws of this state, and shall not preclude nor limit anyotherpowers or duties of the commissioner under such laws, including, but notlimited to K.S.A. 40-222b and 40-3605 et seq. and amendments thereto.
