40-5102. Applicability of act.(a) This act shall apply only to personal insurance and nottocommercial insurance. A personal insurance policy must be individuallyunderwritten for personal, family or household use. No other type of insuranceshall be included as personal insurance for the purpose of this act.
(b) This act shall apply to all personal insurance policies either written tobe effective or renewed on or after January 1, 2004.
