40-5517. Reports of legal actions againstadjuster.(a) The public adjuster shall report to the commissioner anyadministrative actiontaken against the public adjuster in another jurisdiction or by anothergovernmental agency in thisstate within 30 days of the final disposition of the matter. This report shallinclude a copy of theorder, consent to order or other relevant legal documents.
(b) Within 30 days of the initial pretrial hearing date, the public adjustershall report tothe commissioner any criminal prosecution of the public adjuster taken in anyjurisdiction. Thereport shall include a copy of the initial complaint filed, the order resultingfrom the hearing andany other relevant legal documents.
