      41-2630.   Injunction for violation of act by licensee.The attorney general, the attorney for the director or any county or districtattorney, within their county ordistrict, shall at all times have the powerto enjoin any person from operating or maintaining a club or drinkingestablishment or business as a caterer within theirrespective jurisdictions, notwithstanding the person has a license therefor,if it appears that the licensee has violatedany provision ofthis act, or any of the rules and regulations adopted under this act. Suchinjunction proceedings shall be the same as is now prescribed for theenjoining of alcoholic liquor nuisances under the Kansas liquor control act.
