Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

      41-2636.   Sale of class A club license prohibited.(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale any class A club license.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to K.S.A. 41-2601 to41-2635, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
