      41-2647.   Possession of liquor or cereal malt beverage on licensed premises.(a) Nothing in the club and drinking establishment actshall be construed to prohibit a person from possessing, on premiseslicensed pursuant to such act, alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage notpurchased from the licensee.

      (b)   Nothing in this section shall prevent a licensee from adopting apolicy prohibiting the possession, on the licensee's licensed premises, ofalcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage not purchased from the licensee.
