41-316. Issuance of manufacturers', distributors', microbrewery, farmwinery or nonbeverageusers' licenses.Licenses to manufacturers, distributors, microbreweries, farm wineriesand nonbeverage users ofalcoholic liquors shall be issued and renewed by the director to qualifiedapplicants upon written application, receipt of bond properlyexecuted and payment in advance of the state registration fee and thelicense fee.
