Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 1.--PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES

      44-118.   Same; penalty.Any employer of labor, his agent or employee, who shall violate theprovisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall uponconviction be fined for each offense the sum of one hundred dollars andthirty days' imprisonment in the county jail.
