      44-610.   Notice of investigation or hearing;publication.Before any hearing, trial or investigation shall be held by the secretaryof labor, such notice as the secretary shall deemnecessary shall begiven to all parties interested by registered U.S. mail addressed totheparties to the post office of the usual place of residence or business ofthe interested parties when same is known, or by thepublication of noticein some newspaper of general circulation in the county in whichtheindustry or employment, or the principal office of such utility or commoncarrier is located, and the notice shall fix the time andplace of theinvestigation or hearing. The costs of publication shall be paid bythesecretary out of any funds available therefor. Such notice shall containthe substance of the matter to be investigated, and shall notify allpersons interested in the matter to be present at the timeand place namedto give such testimony or to take such action as they may deem proper.
