Article 6.--REGULATION OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY

      44-643.   Wages, hours and conditions for learners, apprentices and minors.The secretary of labor may establish suchstandard of wages, hours,and conditions of labor for learners and apprentices, and minors employedwithin this state as shall be held hereunder to be reasonable and notdetrimentalto health and welfare. The secretary of labor mayestablish differentminimum hours and standards for each class in an occupation of differentlocalities in the state, when, in the judgment of the secretary of laborthe different conditions justify such action.
