46-137c. Same; warrants for payment of compensation and expenses.Expenditures to carry out K.S.A. 46-137a and 46-137b shallbe made upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issuedpursuant to vouchers approved by the chairman or vice-chairman of thelegislative coordinating council. Allowances under subsection (c) ofK.S.A. 46-137a or any amendments thereto and compensationunder K.S.A. 46-137b or any amendments thereto shall bepayable on the first day of the month following the month for which theallowance or compensation is due.
